Delivery

Our shipping rates for Ireland are:

• up to 120 g - €4
• from 120 g to 1.5kg - €7
• over 1.5kg - €10

The following products have a flat rate charge of €10 per item ordered:

We use An Post for our deliveries so if there is no one available to receive your parcel you will be left a docket to collect your parcel at your local post office. Your parcel will be kept there for 5 days then it will be returned to us if it is not collected and we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.

DELIVERY DATE
If an order is placed before 12 midday it is generally sent to An Post the same day. As we use An Post, generally orders are delivered the next day but please allow for an additional day for unforeseen delays. When ordering and you want it delivered on a specific date please include this information in the "Message on Gift Card" box. Due to Covid please allow the flexibility of a day on either side due to the high volumes being delivered at the moment.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you have multiple orders to be delivered to separate addresses you need to order each item separately.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Please contact us directly for a quote for international deliveries on 043 3348277 or 087 2626806. Due to Covid, some countries are not allowing international post at the moment please check the up-to-date list on the An Post website as it changes weekly.

OUT OF STOCK
Please note if a particular item is out of stock when packing your gift box we will replace the item with another of the same value.

When ordering for Pick Up at Torc Café & Foodhall please include a mobile number in the "Contact Information" instead of an email. As unfortunately our Pick Up email can sometimes end up in people's spam folders. Generally, Pick Up orders are ready to pick up the next day but please wait for your pick-up text or email. In busy periods orders may take a little longer.
